Mobile phone enabled reader via the member mobile app for the MemberConnect (Elite) Mobile Access/Check-In system

Works with most integrated Access Control systems from Gym Assistant. With additional hardware components, it can be added to any Gym Assistant Barcode, Proximity or Bluetooth system for dual operation. (A Gym Assistant integrated door controller is required.)

The device features an illuminated touch panel and a sleek, thin, full-frame design. Wiegand Mobile Reader, capable for reading QR codes and Barcodes, easily mount outside any door entrance (weatherized IP65), suitable for both inside Check-In Stations and outside Door Access Control. Includes mounting plate & junction box. This device is also capable of reading printed barcode key tags.

How does DoorWatcher operate with Gym Assistant Access Control?

DoorWatcher lets you track activity at your door. It captures a series of still images over a ten-10 second period with a view from the inside looking at the door entrance. The DoorWatcher Viewer will display the member info, member photo on file and a series of still photo images from the scanned entry.

DoorWatcher with an added door sensor can track all door opening activity, whether a member scan from the outside, an exit from the inside, or even a door being opened from the inside to allow non-paying members illicit entry. All door opening activity is saved in logged files that can be accessed anytime by an Administrator.

What is required to operate DoorWatcher?

Combined with any Gym Assistant access control system, we offer a DoorWatcher system package;

DoorWatcher utility license
A dedicated specialized CCTV camera
CCTV extension cable 25ft (longer cable distance is available to add if required – see options)
Door sensor to also capture photo images at the door whenever the door is opened. This lets you see if members are opening the door for other people.

- Gym Assistant software version v2.6.0
- An active Gym Assistant Support & Maintenance subscription
- PC 8GB RAM Minimum
